Travel with Air India to save

Currently, the national carrier of India, Air India, is offering the following discount travel promotions.

Book online and get 10%

Book an Air India flight online to avail 10% discount. The discount is valid on all flights operated by the airlines. The discount applies to fares ex India to all domestic and international destinations. However, the offer is not valid for code share fares. Purchase the ticket on and before March 31, 2012 and travel through September 30, 2012.

India to London – On Sale!

If you are traveling to London from India, take advantage of special fares of Air India. The special fares are valid for Economy and Executive classes.  Book special roundtrip Economy class fare ticket by December 15, 2011, but travel should commence before or on December 31, 2011 or from February 1 to March 31, 2012. A fee is levied if flight reservation is changed or cancelled. If visa is rejected prior to departure, full payment is refunded.

Buy special roundtrip Executive class fare ticket by December 15, 2011 and complete the travel before or on December 25, 2011. Mention discount travel code Z22RTSPL.  Although the ticket can be cancelled and modified, a fee is levied. For instance, a change in outbound flight reservation costs INR 7,500.00. Partially used tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase a Z class ticket, you are entitled to free LIMO for up to two times during the journey.

Silver & Platinum Pass

Air India also offers Platinum and Silver passes for its domestic destinations. Platinum pass is valid for Executive class, whereas Silver Pass is for Economy class. The passes can be used as many times as you need within fifteen days of starting the journey. However, travel should be completed until January 15, 2012. The Silver pass costs INR 35,000.00 and the Platinum pass costs INR 75,000.00. The passes, sold only in India, cannot be used with other promotions and discounts. A photo identity card is required for verification. You can seek refund for un-utilized passes only.  

Other offers

Air India also offers substantial discounts to blind persons, cancer patients, the Indians who have received gallantry awards, senior citizens, sports persons competing in national level sports events, students, travelers with locomotor disability and winners of Arjuna Award.
